Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time — we ship within the United States only. Message GINA if your situation is unusual and we'll let you know what's possible.
What does the replacement guarantee cover?
Three cases, and we make each of them right: a package damaged in transit, a package lost in transit, and a vial whose contents differ from its label. In each case we ship you the replacement.
